University of Oregon Library
It's been a while since I visited a library. I used to come here all the time to study (yes, the majority of my school life was devoted to studying as I didn't understand English as much back then).
It seems like a major wave of "paperless and convenience" is taking over the need for paper back books recently. I'm a big fan of the paperless wave, however, I can't deny there is something about flipping pages that makes me satisfied about my progress. It will be interesting to see what our lives are like in 20 years.
Reason for this outfit
I attended my friend's party after this, so I wanted to keep my look appropriate for that, however, I didn't want to go all the way formal as I had the whole day ahead of me before the party.
This jacket kept me warm all day, and it gave me a much needed "casual element" to my outfit. It seems like I'm seeing more of suits & big casual jackets lately. I love this kind of combination to keep the look and practicality at the same time.
Anyways, I hope everybody had a fantastic New Year's Day! Let's make 2015 the best year for all of us!!
